Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours from placing your order, and will be shipped within 1-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Sometimes we experience an unusually high volume of orders that may create a delay in processing or shipping your order. In that event, you'll be contacted within 24 business hours at the email address you provide when your order is placed with additional information.
We offer USPS First Class (3-5 days) & Priority (2 days). Costs calculated at checkout.
Originals are professionally packed, insured (up to value), and shipped via USPS. Cost based on weight/destination
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages after 'delivered' status.
All original art is fully insured. Please inspect upon arrival and contact us immediately with photos if damaged
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns accepted for prints within 90 days of purchase if significantly different from the description; contact us first.
Any order cancellations must be received via email within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations are accepted until your order is shipped. However, notifications received beyond the 24-hour cancellation window will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
